Psoralidin

Psoralidin is an agonist of estrogen receptor (ER)α and ERβ; It is also a dual inhibitor of COX-2 and 5-LOX. Psoralidin significantly down-regulates NOTCH1 signaling. Psoralidin also greatly induced ROS production.
