Lenalidomide

Lenalidomide is a TNF- α Secretion inhibitor; It is also the ligand of CRBN. It causes the selective ubiquitination and degradation of two lymphoid transcription factors IKZF1 and IKZF3 through CRBN-CRL4 ubiquitin ligase.
