Ivermectin is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic compound with anti-HIV-1, SARS-CoV-2 and dengue virus activities. Ivermectin is a specific Imp α/β 1-mediated nuclear induction inhibitors and P2X4 and α 7 nAChRs, a positive isomeric effector.
