Clarithromycin

Clarithromycin has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Clarithromycin has been reported to inhibit the α-hydroxylation of triazolam catalyzed by CYP3A4. Clarithromycin inhibits HERG potassium current. Clarithromycin affects autophagic flux by weakening the signaling pathway that connects hERG1 and PI3K.
